Power Pilates had built something good – digital course products like a Summer Body 7-day full-body challenge, 30 minutes of guided exercise a day. A real, finished product. It just had nowhere to sell it. I didn’t fix a channel – I built one from zero.
There was nowhere to sell it. The owner was active on Instagram and that was it – no funnel, no sales channel, no way to turn an audience into buyers at any scale. A finished product with no path to market. That’s where I came in – not to fix a channel, but to build one.
The temptation with multiple products is to push them all through one place and let buyers sort it out. That kills conversion. Someone who clicks an ad for a 7-day summer challenge and lands on a generic “browse our courses” page has to re-find the thing that caught their interest – and most won’t bother.
Each product needed its own dedicated path: one ad, one promise, one page, one product. No friction, no choosing, no conflict between offers.
I built a separate landing page for every product, and ran product-specific ads that pointed each buyer to exactly the thing they clicked on.
For the first time, Power Pilates had an actual sales channel – not just an audience.
Profitable from the first month, and improving every month since.
*Month 3 is 18 days in – and already the strongest month yet.
The courses were only ever the front door. I’m now guiding Power Pilates toward a membership-based community, with these low-ticket challenges as the entry product into the wider ecosystem – the first step that turns a one-time buyer into a long-term member.
As creative & funnel strategist, I write the briefings for the videos, carousels, and image ads that feed the whole system.
Got a product but no real way to sell it? An audience isn’t a channel – let’s build you one.
